Terms and Conditions

1. Winner:

One (1) grand prize winner will win a dream getaway to Malta with Universal Air.

2. Promoter:

Promoter: Universal Air Charter Limited (referred to herein as the “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility:

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be legal residents in the destinations that we fly to: Prague, Nice, Cagliari, Palermo, Ibiza, Corfu, and Pecs at the time of entry and when the Winner/Potential Winner is selected. Entrants must not qualify as a Prohibited Person.

4. Deadline to Enter / Entry Period:

The prize draw online entry period is from 30th May 2024 to 30th June 2024. The grand prize winner will be announced on 5th July 2024.

All entries must be submitted online via flyuniversalair.com by completing the submission form provided on the “Win a Dream Getaway to Malta with Universal Air” blog post page.

Online entry periods will end at 23:59:59 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the last date of the entry period.

5. Entry Limit:

The entry limit is one submission per person.

6. Potential Winner Notifications, Confirmation & Verification Process:

On or after the applicable Draw Date, the potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 96 hours.

7. Winner Announced:

The Grand Prize Winner will be announced by the Promoter on 5th July 2024 or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.

8. Prize Details:

The Grand Prize includes:

Two (2) free flights to Malta with Universal Air
One (1) 15kg checked bag and one (1) 7kg carry-on bag per person
Three (3) nights’ accommodation at the Barcelo Hotel in Malta for two people
Total prize value: 1,000 euros
Holiday must be taken from 18th to 21st July 2024
All other expenses, including but not limited to, additional luggage fees, travel insurance, meals, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.

9. General Conditions:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
