Mhux biss tista ‘tirbaħ biljetti għall-destinazzjoni taħlomek, iżda tista’ tgawdi wkoll ta ‘tfellit sostanzjali fuq titjiriet futuri.

1. Eligibility
   The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, except employees of Universal Air and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
   Entrants must have booked a flight to any of the newest specified destinations within the promotional period 8th April-15th April 2024
2. Entry Period
   The competition begins on 8th April at [time] and ends on 15th April at 23.59. After this period, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
3. How to Enter
   Entry to the competition is through booking a flight to any of our newest destinations, Prague, Palermo, Perugia, Corfu, Ibiza, Athens, Nice, Cagliari between May 2024-November 2024. An additional entry is awarded for sharing their upcoming adventure on social media with #flyuniversalair and tagging the official Universal Air account.
4. Prizes
   The 1st Prize is a pair of round-trip tickets to any Universal Air destination.
   The 2nd Prize is a 50% discount on the next booking for 10 winners.
   Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   Winners will be chosen at random through the booking software, from all entries received and verified by Universal Air and or Agents.
   The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. General Conditions
   Universal Air reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Universal Air’s control.
   Universal Air is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
   The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Malta law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
   By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Universal Air and not to any other party.
